Who is a Company Secretary?
A company secretary, often known as a corporate secretary or just a secretary, is in charge of ensuring that all staff members and the board of directors comply with all legislative, regulatory, and legal obligations in order to ensure effective administration within the organisation.
A CS is also in charge of making sure that all board decisions are successfully carried out across the organisation. A Firm Secretary’s duties include, among other things, keeping and maintaining records of the company, communicating with shareholders and directors, and ensuring that every employee, including lower, middle, and senior management, complies with the law.
So, as you can see, it isn’t the world’s easiest job and calls for specialised care and training. It is more closely related to legality, ethics, and law. https://www.araeducation.in/
